What is the position on term time holidays for children?

A damage deposit of Ł60(sometimes Ł100) is required for all bookings.

Please click the following links if your party exceeds the recommended maximum of 8 (incl. a maximum of 7 adults), or if you are a smoker or wish to bring a pet.

Please note that duvets and blankets are included but linen (sheets/pillowcases) is not included in the basic hire charges. Visitors should therefore provide their own bottom sheets, pillowcases, and top sheets/duvet covers. Linen Hire can be arranged, details can be found here. Heating and lighting costs are included in the tariff as is car parking, which is on-site.

The cottage should be available during 2011 for equivalent periods to those stated above. Charges and availability for 2010 will be published early in September 2010. If you wish to enquire about dates in 2011 prior to this, please contact us and we will retain your details. Depending upon our knowledge of the wishes of our 2010 visitors it might be possible to give a definite price and reserve dates subject to our policy on not taking firm bookings beyond 12 months ahead.
