Air/Sea Rescue Demonstration

During the summer, the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and Royal Naval Rescue services usually arrange a demonstration of the work they do. The following photograph was taken from Porthgwidden Beach during one of the demonstrations. Other activities took place on the beach, including the opportunity for those brave enough, to come down a "death slide"  from The Island down onto the beach.
